Why I built PERFECT Memory™
For more than 30 years in sport and nutritional science, I've been fascinated by our energy systems. But when midlife stresses and menopause hit, I was left dealing with a sluggish brain, quietly longing for my old vitality. PERFECT Memory™ is the culmination of five years of deep, personal research and Masters study into mitochondria and its impact on the brain. The science is finally catching up to what I felt: nutrition that supports our mitochondrial function is exactly how we protect and care for our brains as we age.
